The Siemens Q21540CT is a space-saving Type QT triplex circuit breaker designed for compatible Siemens load centers. It combines two 15 Amp single-pole circuits with one 40 Amp double-pole common-trip circuit while occupying only two panel spaces.

Rated for 120/240V AC, the breaker uses plug-in mounting and thermal-magnetic protection against overloads and short circuits. It has a standard 10,000 AIC interrupting rating and should only be used in panels specifically marked to accept Siemens Type QT breakers.
