Product Description
The Minute Man 65" Longitudinal & Lateral Flex Brace is designed to provide added stabilization for mobile homes and manufactured homes installed on cured concrete pier pads. This dry-set brace system attaches to the home's I-beam using the included pre-assembled beam clips and secures to the concrete pier pad with the supplied 5/8" x 3" sleeve anchors.
Designed for pier heights up to 48 inches, the system includes two heavy-duty 1-1/2" square galvanized steel brace tubes measuring 65 inches long along with the hardware needed for installation. The galvanized construction provides durability and corrosion resistance for long-term use beneath the home.
This kit is intended for dry, cured concrete installations. A 5/8" concrete drill bit is required for installation. For wet-set concrete applications, Minute Man recommends using the optional 202316 5/8" wet-set J-bolt in place of the included sleeve anchors.
