The Dishwasher Drain Air Gap is designed for use with automatic dishwashers to help prevent contaminated drain water from siphoning back into the home’s potable water supply. Its internal air break helps relieve pressure and provides anti-siphon protection between the dishwasher drain line and the household drain system.

The unit features a durable plastic body with a chrome-finished cover for a clean appearance above the countertop or sink deck. The Y-shaped design includes separate intake and discharge connections for the dishwasher drain system.
