The OTI 1100 Series All-Steel Foundation System (ASFS) 44" Dry Kit is an engineered alternative to conventional anchoring systems for mobile homes and manufactured homes. Designed by Oliver Technologies, the ASFS integrates foundation support and wind resistance into a single all-steel system, reducing installation time and minimizing the number of traditional anchoring components required.

When installed according to RAD-1371 and current Oliver Technologies installation instructions, the 1100 Series can eliminate the need for most conventional anchors in HUD Wind Zone I. In HUD Wind Zones II and III, it can eliminate the need for diagonal frame ties, stabilizer plates, and anchors typically required for longitudinal protection. The system is approved for soil classifications up to 4B and is designed for dirt installations using a ground pan.

The 44-inch tube length is intended for installations with 30" to 40" pier heights (typically 4–5 block heights) when installed according to Oliver Technologies' sizing guidelines.

This dry kit includes the painted steel tubes, frame adapters, dry concrete adapters, bolts, and screws needed for installation. Always follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and consult your local building official to ensure compliance with applicable codes.
